Dear esteemed visitors and friends of Sierra Leone, welcome to the official website of the Sierra Leone High Commission in Kenya.
I am deeply honored to serve as Sierra Leone’s third High Commissioner to Kenya, a country with which we share longstanding fraternal bonds. My heartfelt thanks go first and foremost to His Excellency, President Julius Maada Bio, for entrusting me with this significant and prestigious role. I remain committed to upholding Sierra Leone’s diplomatic values, advancing our national interests, and continuing the exemplary service of my predecessors.
I extend my sincere appreciation to the dedicated staff of the High Commission for their warm welcome and unwavering support. Together, we will ensure the chancery becomes a “home for all”- a place where Sierra Leoneans, Kenyans, Citizens of accredited East and Central African States, and our international partners find transparency, professionalism, and camaraderie. It shall be a welcoming space of unparalleled service and collaboration.
I am also deeply grateful to His Excellency President William Ruto and the Government of Kenya, including Prime Cabinet Secretary Hon. Musalia Mudavadi, for the gracious and hospitable reception I and my delegation received upon arrival in Nairobi. Their warmth reinforces the enduring bonds between our two nations
As we look forward, our mission is clear. Deliver seamless experiences for Sierra Leoneans and friends of our country and enhancing accessibility through digitization of consular services. We stand committed to deepening bilateral cooperation in trade, investment, agriculture, health, security, education, environment, and green technology—fully implementing our Joint Commission agreements and exploring new areas of mutual benefit.
Under the leadership of President Bio, Sierra Leone is poised for transformative growth, and we are excited to rally Kenya’s support in advancing our shared vision of peace, prosperity, and Pan-African solidarity.
Once again, welcome to the High Commission’s digital home. We look forward to serving you—with honor, integrity, and unwavering dedication.
